Recently, I was back in Kaliningrad. I arrived early in the morning. It was pretty cold, gray clouds hid the sky. But in the East the sun painted the clouds yellow. Fish village against the yellow sky looked very romantic. The reflection in the river reinforces this impression.
This picture was taken using the zoom function - I use this as maximum (an increase of 10), because I was on the flyover bridge, and the village was far away on the island.
To be honest, I've never been in this country - I am always very busy and rush to transport - to home. :-)
Thank you for your attention to this photo! I'm glad, you like it!
Yes, the lines are drawn on the walls. The fact that the fish village was built recently. This fishing village was destroyed during the World War II. What you see - a copy.

Great shot! :))
My aunt was born in Kaliningrad, I will show her your pictures. Thank you so much for sharing, Rosenmaiden

That's surprise, I would never thought, that they rebuild it. They totally fooled me, I thought it's just renovated. ^_^

They have painted grid pattern to the old-new apartment buildings, to make them match better with old-old buildings... Good thing, someone cares. ^_^
