When I go to Japanese Restaurant, I always order 'Chawan Mushi' or egg steamed for appetizer. So last Saturday, I tried to make it with my own version. I put some red and green chili peppers, carrots, shitake mushrooms, fishballs, crabs and shrimps as topping in my egg steamed, and I was using a little bit lime juice and fresh milk to reduce the sharp smell of eggs and to provide fresh flavor.
