Yes, it is good to keep in touch. Of course, this expression has nothing to do with touching, but it is our way of saying to make contact with each other from time to time. Since I have about 600 friends on EC, it is difficult to keep in touch. But I am happy when people do. I hope all is well with you and that your study of English is progressing well.
I don't know what happened !

Each word in English has stress on one syllable. There are some rules concerning this stress, but there are many exceptions and often the stress has to be memorized for each word. This requires a lot of memorization.
In addition there are phrases, or combinations of words. These often require a specific word stress in each phrase. One or more words are stressed in each phrase. Then within a sentence certain phrases are stressed compared to other phrases. So stress can be very complicated.
Stress is not the only thing to learn. There is also intonation. This is a rising and lowering of the voice in tone. Depending on what we want to emphasize, we will raise our voice tone or lower our voice tone in different situations. Questions, answers, emphasis, surprise, anger, fear, etc all use different tones and stress. So this is a very broad topic when you ask me to tell you all about stress.
A morpheme is a combination of letters or sounds that is a basic unit of meaning. It can be part of a word or it can be a complete word. They are like the blocks that build a house. So the word under is a morpheme. I can add stand so it is now understand, which is a different morpheme. I can add able to the end of this and have a new morpheme understandable. Or I can add mis to the beginning of the word and have a different morpheme misunderstand. In all of this the morphemes are under, stand, able,d mis, understand, understandable and misunderstand. These all have a different meaning.
An allomorph is a specific type of morpheme. It is a morpheme that has different pronunciations, but each pronunciation has the same meaning. An example of this is the plural at the end of words, such as dogs, cats, and horses. They each have a different pronunciation but the meaning is the same in all cases.

While I like "roses" Iknow all flowers are beautiful. But "Roses" are very special to me because, we had very variety roses in our old garden that my father did . My daddy was fond of them. There was the one thing near at the in front of window, I ever remember it which was huge and pale orange color.
