i think you should choose your beloved girl/boy friend cuz it is a matter of feelings and the doctor who saved your life ,it means that he/she is a good person does not need your help cuz his/her God will recue him /her as reward not only that he/she helped you but also he/she used to do that.The old man,I think that he exprieced what love means in one'life ,so I think he will secrify his life just to see two persons are happy because they are still at the beginning of their life not like him is tired of being old man and others always ignore him..etc.
