i already read all of your friends's comment.i think you are very kind person.
I think you know alot about cultures of Asian countries and Vietnam is just a small country contains a basement of old tradition and special culture , that expressed through your last comment...^-^
I've read by chance your explanation on "I have done", "I have been done", these also were among my other confusion on American spoken expressions. For me it's clear and somewhat easy to accept for "I'm done (with)", "I have done something" and we have all clear examples to avoid misuses. The cases of "I have been done", we don't have much available document in books or in internet to clearify its meaning or to give it a name. Following your explanation on it (I have been done) it is equivalent to "I have been doing" (present perfect continuous tense) in standard Brishtish English and maybe (I don't know) in American written English. If this is true, does this usage (rule) also apply for other verbs, could we use "it has been rained for 3 hours" for a continuous action comparing to "It has rained for 3 hours" for an action that has stopped (at or just before the time of speaking). But if it is that, your sample sentence "I have been done with my work for 3 hours" would not be exactly similar to "My dog has been dead since yesterday" (this sentence sounds a bit unusual for me)
Thank you
