Regarding improving pronunciation, you can take a look at teacher Gabriel's posts Phonemes and Pronunciation. He is such an amazing teacher who is good at these fields. Hope you find your need from there. In my opinion, as long as people can understand what you are saying with correct pronunciation, having some Arabic accent in English might not be a big problem.
