    Wow! Nice to know that I am not the only one who exchanged the University career for teaching in private :). At least, my  students never tell me how I should teach them and, as a result, they get better knowledge not to say that they pay me better than any Ukrainian University. Paul, we are not competitors as you teach in another city. So, I think it will be nice to exchange some ideas and materials. I mostly teach adults. And what about you?
