Thanks for your kind. I've learned English by myself. Therefore my talking is the worst in 4 skills, reading is the best hehe. In this site, how can i get better in talking?

Thanks for your patience.I think an example for my request will solve our proplem .In the English community there is the culture-specific collocation, damaged hair or even brittle hair. These two words (damaged &brittle )are used to describe types of hair and so they are called collocations .They are called culture-specific because the two adjectives are not used in other communities such as the Arab community I need more examples .Am I clear now?

Hi Bill,
First of all, thank you for the prompt response to my blog… You know, sometimes (better say: most of the time) I don’t know how to explain my doubts… I know, for sure, that I have a lot doubts in grammar like: Past/Present Perfect Tense and/with Present/Past Perfect… Its probably is one of the big mistakes we “learning English” used to make. If you have some way and time to explain me this issue I’ll be very thankful.
This Year I decided to study English deeply and I think that “English Club” was the best site I have found for that.
Now let me tell you a little about me and my family… We have lived in Los Angeles for 8 years and the beginning me and my husband worked very hard to give ours kids a good education and they had it… They are now graduated (my son in CISUN University and my daughter in Pierce College… They are also married and happy.
When we came, 8 years ago, to this country, we all didn’t have enough knowledge in English language, just the basic. My kids went to school and got all the education, they had contact with Americans all they long and now they have a perfect English… but about me and my husband, we didn’t have much contact (conversation) with Americans because we were working with Brazilians and/or Spanish people, and what we did to help our English all this years was going to some school and take some classes but its was not enough and we still need learn a lot…
So, I really want to think in English and be confident enough that my word can came out of my mouth without any doubts. Hope you can understand my feelings.
I want to thank you again and again for all your support.
God Bless you and your family.
