  Now, Haha.. How did you calling me a teacher, as you have already known about me after listening my voiceblog.
  
  Nice to here, you love speaking every body in English. Yes, due to our busy schedule, we have not much time to practice. Hope one day, you'll be active in EC and will speek good English.All the best!
  
  For your query:-
  In my country, we have many plans for using internet connection and speed depends on plans(how much you pay).
  
  I think, you should have also something same rules and if you are paying for good speed and speed is not good, then you can complain to your "Internet Service Provider".

   

  For helping, I found in EC most of the advanced learners and teachers are always here for helping us.

  I hope you use skype, don't you?
