HAFIZ MAMEDOV was born in the city of nakchevan , in Azerbaijan. He is azerbaijanian and prezident of football club Baku. Then he bought football clubs Atletico Madride and RC Lens. After being the prezident of these two last clubs they are got success among the local clubs competitors.
