I've spent a bit of time in the chat room over the last few days. I know that MyEC is a great social network for English learners and teachers, but I also know that we can do a better job of keeping our chat room focused on English learning. Many chatters have requested moderated chats. A moderated chat works best when a specific topic is chosen. For example, every Wednesday English language teachers participate in a moderated chat on Twitter called #ELTchat. We have a different topic each week.

Sure, lying is both useful and sometimes even fun, but I don't think is good when we give fake truth to others.

HOW  DO  I  SAVE  THE  LINKS  TO  MY  FILE  ?

When you browse the internet you will find lots of interesting pages. What would you do with them ? ….. save the page or copy the URL ? I would rather copy and paste the URL, because it will make me easier to find the right page I want.

Here how I do it.

1. Open a Microsoft Office Excel file.
2. Write the name of the web page on the first column.
3. Copy and paste the URL in the second column

Barra do Corda is a small town located in the middle of the State of Maranhão. It has two rivers: Corda and Mearim. They join themselves in the middle of the town, where there are some bars. Here there are waterfalls, too.

This is the first time Iparticipate in EC Writing Challenge, I want to say a few words about it.

First of all, I want to thank Ms Tara for everything she does! It was very interesting, I read again about countable and uncountable nouns, I learnt news uncountable ones, and I tried to mobilize them in this writing exercice.
