After 5 months of NATO's bombing of military personnel and civilians in Libya, the Libyan government has today struck back as promised by detonating a sizable bomb in Oslo, Norway, between the Oil Ministry and a government building housing the prime minister, presumably regarded as a command and control centre. Time flies! It's already been five months since I arrived here in Canada in February, and I'm going back to China in two weeks. As I find posting our voice from vocaroo.com is easier than audioboo.fm but voice quality is very-very poor in vocaroo. I have tried to hear others voice from vacaroo but most of the times I can not hear voice clearly, sometimes there are many background noise and some times can not hear at all. In "Audio Speaking Group" I can not hear voice from most of the members, I don't know, it's my side problem or

             Yesterday, one of my friends said to me a saying “Lazy fish always goes in the downstream”. He means that lazy people don’t want to struggle for life so they always go easy ways. When I hear that, I think “Yes” he’s right. Later, I realize I couldn’t accept this.

I think teachers around the world have things incommon,"universal" :

A love and care for our students,and the desire to help them grow and be healthy, and help their societies to grow up.I think we all share the same viewpoints to strengthen our teaching strategies,some are:

-We have to address thier bad " actions" not thier bad " selves" ,because their actions can change.

-We don't humiliate any student or strive power for power's sake,be patient and remember always  when we are with their age.
