Hello, my name is Sohail Noor but most people call me SONO. I was born on Feb 10, 1990. I live in Afghanistan, with my big family. I live with my mother and other relatives (grand mom, uncle, aunt ...).

A teacher friend put out a challenge for English language teachers to provide two photos that English learners could use to compare and contrast. Another teacher friend (a member of MyEC) suggested I challenge the MyEC members to take up this challenge. Are you up for the challenge? Here is what you have to do:

Did you know that today, September 21, is International Day of Peace? Some people call it Peace Day. It's wonderful that a club like MyEC has people from so many countries. There are sometimes arguments about race, religion or politics in the chat room, but for the most part MyEC is a very peaceful place. 9/11 attacks -  10 years on.

9/11 attacks - 10 years on.

This 10th anniversary brings back a lot of memories. 

That 9/11/01 was supposed to be a great day as one of my friend and I had planned to go to Germany to spend a relaxing day.
