I must prepare a short Lesson Plan in the next 48 hours for this next Saturday as part of the Oxford Seminar course to obtain TESOL Certification. I think I have basic english level. Is there any way to improve the english? I also looked at the word a day. But painful think is I just do not remember it. I have a lot of english friends. I 've sometimes found that my students feel shy to answer the questions or take part in the conversations so I ask them to have a false identity ,a nickname probably "You are Michael..." for instance so they can hide behind that false identity and when they make mistakes it is that false identity actually not the real student, I've found it really practical and that helps them to come and participate more,so next time let your students have that false identity and see how they work.Alireza,A dev

Really, we are in shortage of doing it. It's so important and we know that and still avoiding or neglecting it. Why we are doing this and keep increasing the fat in our bodies under the witness from our side. Having a practice in our schedule it is not obstacle or big issue that will affect our daily routine.
