Let's Count Stars...B

At night, Yiyi's mother finally came back from office. Yiyi filled a bowl of rice and passed it to her tired mother.

She told her mother that her brother had a fever while massaging for her mother. When her mother went to Tutu's bed, she caressed him gentlely and covered the blanket for him. Yiyi was standing outside and leaning herself on the door when a bitter feeling came to her mind. It's true that her parents loved her and they worked hard for saving money to cure her. Yet how she wished the

I remember when I first met you
I felt that God answered my call
There was that one place I always thought about
And I just wanted to be there with you
The place that no eye has ever seen
The place that no heart has ever perceived
I had a great feeling inside of me
That one day I’ll be there with you

And now that we’re here feeling so good
About all the things that we went through
Knowing that God is pleased with us too
It’s not a dream, this is so true

My Boyfriend Doesn't Love me?

I’ve been with him since September, 2003. Ten years has passed, yet we still haven’t found our smooth way and have to bumble along.

I am not sure if I will stay with another him for ten years. But still I feel tired and confused once in a while. How can I catch his heart tightly? I ask myself sometimes.

Maybe I am not an eligible girlfriend? I looked into myself and found some clues.

Nominally speaking, I have been with him for ten years. Yet, I was immature and lazy; the real time I spent with him

He is a kind man

I was mourning for my lost money in the busy metro this morning. What an unlucky day, I talked with myself. To my chagrin, it was the second time for this month that I lost my money. I was annoyed with myself.

"Morning, Mickey!" Mr. Armous smiled and greeted to me when I walked out the metro near my company. Last time when I lost myself on the way to his company to give back his stamp, he happened to come back from outside and picked me up.

"Morning, Sir." I answered in a languid tone.

"What's up,

Malala - A Remarkable Young Lady

2346680168?profile=originalFor the past few days, I have been reading various articles about this remarkable young lady, Malala Yousafzai. She was feted to be a Noble Prize 2013, but she does not win it. However, I think she is still a winner to many children especially young girls. I think when you read her name, no futher introduction is necessary about this brave young lady. But, give me a little leeway here, I still want to say a few words about her.

Malala was a student in Swat Valley, Pakistan. She was an advocate of

Listen To News: Tokyo To Host 2020 Olympics Games -  10 September 2013

Discussion Question: While people in Tokyo are overjoyed by the news, many Japanese residents who have been displaced by the Fukushima nuclear disaster think Japan's money and effort should be spent on the tsunami damage. What are your thoughts  on this argument?

Great question to think over.  The tsunami-shaped massacre whereby Japan population went through in March 2011 is not forgotten in our minds yet. It was a  unpredict

Sorry for being a bit late dear Junco. Actually I'm too busy these days but I want to join the photo challenge of this month very much because Fall is my favorite season and I love it.

The first shot shows my mom's tools; sewing machine, electric iron, scissors and different pieces of colorful cloths... And the second one shows the handicraft made by my mom. It is called Chehel Tekke (forty pieces) in my culture.

Writing Prompt - Listen Up

I was so excited when  hearing the electropop English band Fenech Soler was coming to my hometown on a television advertisement. I listen to the Fenech Soler's sound for the first time on a internet radio last year. The band released the debut album in 2006 and comes from Kings Cliffe, Northamptonshire  in England. It consists of four members namely: Ross Duffy, Ben Duffy, Daniel Fenech-Soler  (whose name entitles the band) and Andrew Lindsay. The sound of the band blends synthpop, indie pop, an
