It was a hot summer night, Someone knocked the door, on our simple bungalow house, I opened the door, I saw a dirty clothed ,very old woman in our wooden simple door. Dear friend, we have Tropical rain forests in our country. We call them “tropical” because Sri Lanka is a country close to the equator. We call it “Rain forests” because we get a lot of rain from these forests.

    This is a thick jungle. There are four layers of trees according to their heights. The tallest - big trees -tall trees-medium and small ground layer trees. There is a world famous rain forest “The Sinharaja rain forest” in my country. It was named as a world heritage in 1989 by UNESCO.

I used to watch the white haired old lady sitting on her rustic rocking chair with a vacant look on her face. Her weathered and wrinkled face looked so sad. The Way Through The Mystery

It's the end of November. Winter has already announced its presence in the air. Blankets are now needed at night, and it's difficult to leave the warmth of the blanket in the morning. 

My home is at the far corner of the city and my office is out of the city. After five or six minutes drive from my home towards my office, the road becomes narrow and bumpy. So it's difficult to sit up straight in the car. We bounce up and down on our seats. And everyday it feels like the bumpy road will never end.
