Hey, what is your age, are you in your middle age? If you are, you have lots of things to do, right? That means you have little time for yourself. Because, you have lots of works and social pressure, lots of responsibilities, lots of tresses. But, I know, nowadays,young people also have a lot of pressure. Even, kids are under study pressure. So, what should we do? Okay, let me give you some tips though you know most of them!
1. After wake up, think positively, take some deep breath and give a smile to your love ones ( if you are alone, no problem, smile for yourself).
2. Take morning/evening walk.( I prefer evening walk for weekdays and like to take a walk in the morning in weekends).
3. Steal sometimes just for yourself from your busiest known world.
4. Stop thinking for a while about your responsibilities, work schedule, target achievement and bla bla bla.
5. Learn how to relax (you may hum your favorite tune/ you may glance into the mirror/ comb your hair and tuck a white jasmine behind your ear.
6. You may try to get a new/different look! ( a new hair cut/ do a part on the left side instead of the right side of your hair). You may also try to dress up in a new way.
7. If you are a woman, put some nail polish or hena.
8. Do visit to your next door neighbor's house and spend sometimes (it's worthy because he/she doesn't know many things so, when you would share something, it will give you that feeling, you are telling a story which no one knows!).
8. Extract your favorite book/ old letters/cards from your drawer, read them ( but be sure, if the letters or cards would not hurt you....lol).
9. Recently I have found, painting/ drawing a picture is too helpful to reduce mental pressure. But, when I feel stifle, I just start singing.
10.Watch tv for a while (if you are not already addicted)/listen to your favorite music.
11. You may try to do a different thing from your usual task ( you may cook your supper if you are not a regular cook/ do gardening/ needle work).
12. Do visit in a calm, silent, peaceful place, take a walk and tea/coffee with your love ones, take photographs, paste them on your facebook page, smile a lot and get back to your scheduled life and enjoy!

3= Grab some time from your hectic or busy routine. (You could have used Grab instead of Steal)

I love your #4, which can be so true.
Reading books and gardening can relieve some stress. But sometime I will lose some sleep because I can't put down some books. LOL
