The Boyhood

Last night I watched a movie named “boyhood”. It was a nice movie which was about a boy named Mason and the ups and downs of his life from his sixth till his eighteenth. By watching this movie you get to live life with him and his family. Besides having some difficulties, I loved those scenes that they spend with their parents happily. There are so common things between families despite different cultures or different backgrounds; therefore in my opinion sometimes we can learn a lot of good poin

Because of My Carelessness

Last year, I got fever for a week, I vomited, I felt nausea, diarrhea, and also an extreme headache. The honey I consume as usual was run out, so I went to a doctor. She said that I got Typhus symptom, and I was given an antibiotic. The day after, I vomited all more than before. Then, I stopped consuming the antibiotic given. In my opinion English is some kind of different when English natives speak ,because they use a lot of slangs, idiomatic expressions and phrasal verbs, which for non native English speakers find it difficult to understand. So I share it to you guys, so we could learned from it.

It's Not An Adieu

It's been a while since I wrote anything in here. Consciously or otherwise, I've distanced myself from MyEC for a while now. Back in March, when I came back from a short hiatus due to my health, I logged into MyEC chat room and felt like once again a complete stranger among strangers. It felt like I had nothing much to say, nothing in common with them. The 'mind games' such as trolling and changing of ni

Wondering

Go to a place that I dream

Look for something that doesn’t exist

Try to enjoy the breeze

Will that give peace?

Show me the place

Find me the answer

Are You Ready 2

2347053225?profile=original

Dear Learners,

Welcome to another set of lessons which I promised to give you this summer.  These lessons are very simple and easy to understand but lack of understanding them will make it confusing for you to use.

2347053249?profile=originalHave you been confused whether to use "in" or "on" in a sentence?  Do you think the two sentences below are using "in" and "on" correctly?

To be or not to be....

Some say that achieving is a lot easier than maintaining, personally i agree with that..

Because most of time when we are willing to achieve something we would work hard, 24/7, give all of our best and keep saying NO to stop.

but once we have reached the top of our goal, all of a sudden we feel like we deserve it. After all the hard work, after all the sweats, after all the time that we have spent reaching it...we start to forget that achieving also needs to be maintained.

when we start to ignore t

IDIOM OF LOVE

I didn't know when I fell for her, but it was when I saw her in her office drowned in some thoughts, then I wished that she was thinking about me. It wasn't long before I was head over heels in love with her. I went to her table and ‘ahmmed” to get her out of thoughts. She raised her eyes, which shone over me. “What can I do for you?” She asked with. There was a slight curve on her lips, which reminded me of rose petals. I told her that I did not have any business with her, I just saw her from t
