Andita is in seventh semester of English department of Syiah Kuala University. She is very sweet, kind, and clever. Andita has so many friends in the campus, one of her best friend is Sarah. Andita shares everything to Sarah, they believe each other that much.
In the campus, Andita really loves writing class. The lecturer always gives a weekly assignment for the students. He asks the students to write a new topic every week, and submit it by Email. Andita always gets a good score for the weekly assignments. Her writing is really good. The lecturer often praises her writing. The lecturer keeps showing his positive respond toward the students’ writing.
Andita, as the smartest student in the writing class, is always asked by the lecturer to deliver her opinion about a new topic given. She is always asked to write an example in the front of the class. Also, she is always asked to write down her translation result to the class. The lecturer believes Andita very much.
One day, the lecturer asks the students to write about themselves. After the students finish writing about themselves, the students gives their writing result to the lecturer. The lecturer checks the student’s writing one by one. While he checking it, he asks the student to sit beside him to say what error thestudents wrote. Andita’s friend result has been checked one by one. The last is Andita’s turn. The lecturer also asks Andita to sit beside him. But he looks at Andita as if he loves her very much. Andita becomes uncomfortable to sit beside him, but she tries to look like everything is alright. The lecturer gives some comment on Andita’s writing result. He says that Andita’s writing is very good in general, but there are some little error in it. Then the lecturer corrects Andita’s writing.
After checking Andita’s writing result, he asks about Andita’s profile picture in her Email. At that time, Andita posts profile picture with her boyfriend. The lecturer asks is the man Andita’s brother or boyfriend. Because of afraid, Andita answers the man in the picture is her brother. But the lecturer asks her one more time as if he does not believe at her first answer. Finally, she answers that question honestly. She says that the man is her boyfriend. Then the lecturer shows a sad expression.
Andita thinks about that very much. Everyday she remembers about the moment. She finally tells it to Sarah. Sarah says that the lecturer loves Andita. It looks from the way the lecturer treats Andita. The lecturer always asks Andita to do everyting in the class. The lecturer shows his care to Andita.
Andita thinks about it. She tries to think the reality. The lecturer is kind and he has has a good income. Then Andita decides to try to love the lecturer too. She breaks her relation with her boyfriend because her boyfriend does not have an income yet.
Day by day, the lecturer shows his love and care to Andita in the class. The lecturer also sends Andita a message to say that Andita should go to the bed early because it’s 12 a.m. actually. Andita is surprised by the lecturer’s message. But she is very happy.
Time flies, finally Andita falls in love with the lecturer. The lecturer keeps showing his care, and Andita loves it. All is nice at the beginning. Everynight Andita dreams about the lecturer. She tells it to sarah, and Sarah also gives support for it.
Andita tells it to her parents. She is very happy while saying that. Surprisingly, Andita’s parents also give a good support for her relationship with the lecturer.
In the almost end of the class, the lecturer says that he wants to finish the class earlier because he wants to go to Jakarta. They only have one more meeting in the following week. In the next meeting, the lecturer does not attend the class. Sarah and Andita ask to the office why the lecturer does not come in the last meeting. The man in the office says that the lecturer must go to Jakarta because his wife is going to give birth for her second daughter.
Sarah and Andita are very surprised. They totally do not believe it. The lecturer looks still very young, that’s impossible if he have been married. Andita cries all the time because of the fact. She loves the lecturer very much, she believes in him. This fact is just too sick. She can not do anything anymore, she feels lost everything. She is very sad at that time.
Sarah tries to cheer Andita up with all she can do. Sarah tries to stand by her all the time.
Andita keeps trying to be strong then. Losing the one that she love does not broke everything. Andita still has her parents who love her very much, and Andita wants to make her parent happy. Andita becomes strong woman slowly.
“You can face this problem. I know that.” Sarah says with a smile in her face.
After graduating from Syiah Kuala University, Andita is proposed by a banker. They live happily ever after.
