No wonder the word 'refugee' has been announced as children's word of the year. Eighteen million children are being raised in the chaos of war, over a million children have been killed, 6 million children have been disabled, twenty million are homeless, also more than a million children have become separated from their care givers, for the past ten years. ( according to psychology today).

DREAM

This is in response to SNR's One more Idiom challenge:

DREAM

Last night I had a nightmare. I saw a girl came floating towards me and hold my arm very firmly. It made my flesh crawl. I got frightened.

“Don’t surf the net – Don’t you ever go in there” She said to me looking direct in to my eyes. But her eyes were not at me at all. She was looking through my eyes.

“Wahy I would not go in there?” I stammered. The situation was really frightening.  I had a lump in my throat.

“Because there is a soul.  S

Some days ago I heard something interesting. I skip place, person and topic, I just edited and added some my thoughts.

Generally idea is not mine, I only interpret in my way, hope it wont be considered as plagiarism.

What is common between gravity and mercy?

First of all, what is gravity?

According to Oxford Dictionary, gravity is "The force that attracts a body towards the centre of the earth, or towards any other physical body having mass".

In more easy way, attraction force between material obje

Dear friends,

I have written a story by myself. Here, I want to brainstorm you with an idea. Could you please tell us the morals of this story from your perspective?

The sky was dozing off. After yawning and stretching its arms for a few minutes, the sleepy sky started wearing its nightgown, and the stars were turning up one next to another. One of the stars saw a mass around which was a lot bigger and shinier. Looking at that full round bright mass, the star kept silent for a while; and then, de

Stuff No One Told Me

Alex Noriega used to have some problems at work. Being an illustrator, he started a blog to spot the problem. "I wanted to put on paper all that I had learned in life as simple as possible and try to see if what was happening around me made any sense," he says. The blog is called Stuff No One Told Me. Although he might have learned life's lessons the hard way, he's making it easier for us to deal with our own pesky little(?) problems. Read Alex's life lessons and don't say no one told me about t

I always hear this sentence out from some girls mouth, looks like it is the only way for them to face their problem , mostly about 'love' matter. I wonder how can they just being silent all the time , how this can solve their problem? It sounds very selfish to me. Because every problem must have to be solved as soon as possible. We have to spill it out, becuse all the things that stuck in our heart and our brain can disturb our health. Stress , depression and more Vertigo is really hard to be cu

A Trial Trail

In my blog 'Running Towards Happiness', I told everyone in here that I'm changing my lifestyle and started to enter some fun run. It was in February. Mohammad in his comment said that he will ask about my running four months later because like he said, starting is nice work, but to continue that work is more important.

Though it's not yet four months after that momentous date, I'm glad I'm still running. So far I've registered for 12 runs, until November this year. I've completed 6 runs totalling

While most of us think it's helpful to be corrected, some people might not think so.

You may think it's embarrassing to be corrected in public - you may feel frustrated or disappointed or even offended.

Making mistakes is part of learning, though. It's hard to imagine you'll be fluent in English without making any mistakes. So, chances are you'll make some mistakes in your writing. That is to say, the mistakes are always there whether somebody corrects you or not. So, why pretend your English wr

Perhaps it's for the best!

Once upon a time, there was a king who is fond of hunting. Everytime he went to hunt , he wasaccompanied by his aide. The king felt angry and cried out " how could you say it's good, you must be joking; then he ordered his guards to imprison the vice. After a long period of time, the king went to hunt after he had left it. FREELOADER

It is in response to Onee's "Challenge in challenge, why not? ^_^"

I have tried to use the term FREELOADER in my (or human's) usual perspective.

FREELOADER

I didn’t trespass your heart.  You knocked at my door.  I was crystal clear.  You picked the key and opened it without any permission.  I resisted, I tried to push you away.  But then I felt the thawing was in the offing and your love got swiped in to me breaking the ice.  I was shrilled, still not believing. No doubt that love from this far ap

THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIVES

It All Starts with God
For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible,. . . everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. Colossians 1:16 (Msg) Unless you assume a God, the question of life's purpose is meaningless. Bertrand Russell, atheist

It's not about you. The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or even your happiness. It's far greater than your family, your career, or even your wildest dream
