As an advertisement, I think it gets the attention of the public, so it stimulates the curiosity of people; but from the language point of view, we can give some ideas: Homade (Homemade) chili… (Not given what? powder, sauces or prickles), so the message is incomplete, but as an advertisement, is OK because it directly hits the eye of people. In modern world (I don’t agree personally!), the advertisements are purposely displayed with “faults” because then the public attention goes to it. In this totally commercialized world, everything is a business, so the profit comes first and other issues come after that.
