A few days ago, my friends and I went to climb Mt. Sibayak. Mt. Sibayak is one of the highest Mountains in my province North Sumatra, it is about 2.092 meters above sea. is a small stratovolcano overlooking the town of Berastagi in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. From the place where we took this picture we could smell a very strong sulfur and we could here the boiling voice of the mountain. Last eruption of this mountain was in 1881. We claimbed the mountain early in the morning to see the sunrise but too bad, it was claudy that day so we could not see the sun rise clearly. Over all it was a great day! May be someday we could come again to se the sunrise. ^^
