Muskan, it is not forbidden to touch the Taj Mahal and I did, indeed. It's really stunning to see it. As so as اظہر الدین سید said, no one may wear footwear. You can go barefoot or you get there shoe covers.
Yeah they do allow but wearing footwear it's strictly prohibited and the good things is they give a such thing like socks to wear I hope rose u enjoyed the beautiful tajmahal...
