September #2: Indonesia's Must Eat: Ape Cake

Note: It is read as "ah-pey" :P and it has nothing to do with those hairy animals :/Despite its name which reminds you of them, it's delicious I told you. It's one of our classic cake and it's a bit hard to find it nowadays. The brown ring is crunchy and the middle of it is soft and tender. I use to eat the middle part first, then the outer part. The best for last. :D
