She has shared of recipe honey with me! It's a great secret! But for members of MyEC I reveal this secret! :-) Please, look, here it is!We should take: dandelions (without their green part only!!!) - 200 g; two lemons, cut into cubes; sugar - 1.5 kg; boiling wather - 1.5 l. :-)200 g dandelions, torn from their receptacles, we should pour out boiling water, put the lid on and prepare a liqueur from flowers for twenty-four hours.Then we should wring out a liqueur and add two lemons, cut into cubes (or their juice) and 1.5 kg sugar. We should boil this mix till it thickened. Then we should pour the warm sirup into jars.Honey is ready! Enjoy it!

Thank you for your comment! I don't say, that recipe of honey from dandelions and sugar is very popularn in Russian now. :-) It was popular about 15 - 18 yeas ago, when Russian people lived poorly... In that time a lot of people prepared such honey. Of course, it wasn't natural honey, but it was ymmy and healthy! I think, you know, that dandelion is medicinal (officinal) plant. Because, the honey from dandelions ia very, very healthy! :-)
