In my case, this wasn't a lunch, then a quickly prepared dinner that I made yesterday after coming back home from work... :) It doesn't belong to our national cuisine though, but still, I like to cook it, because it doesn't take too much time... lol...We call it like roasted lavash (flat unleavened wheat bread which belongs to Caucasian cuisine) roll. Actually, on another plate there is a salad (made from cucumbers, tomatoes, sheep cheese and some dill) that was put inside of those rolls. :)
