I just ordered some of these foods, Nida. Not my handmade. My office serviced them to all my colleagues when my students have the national exam! So I don't now about the recipe :p
It is Sambosa or Samosa. I like it so much! Chopped meat mixed with vegetables in it, plus the typical condiments, spices. Healthy and tasty! Have you tried it? Uhhhh
As the info to you, this food is estimated to originate from Central Asia before the 10th century.
