I think, you are kidding! :-) Kaliningrad region is one of warm region in Russia! North of Siberia - refrigerator! :-)
Winter is very beautiful! It's like a fairy tale! Though I am not into cold, I dislike unbearable heat even more! :)))
I am hard to imagine that I would live like that. It seems you are living in the refrigerator.
