The Mid-Autumn Festival (or the Moon Festival), which occurs on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar each year, is one of the most important festivals except Chinese New Year. It's a tradition that we eat moon cakes and pomelos to celebrate it. Moreover, looking at the bright full moon on the day can't be missed.

@Smile, yummy! It's sweet taste with red bean stuffing, and in the middle of the cake is salty egg. They seem like a perfect combination. :)
@Noaslpls, it sounds great to taste stuffing with lotus seeds. Usually I'd cook it with Job's tears for dessert in summer. Not bad! :)
