I made such a serving a few weeks ago. :D I didn't know why I wanted to do that. I arranged the dragon fruit so that it is interesting to eat once people saw it even if it is in the picture. :D
You just need to bite this little by little until you leave behind the dragon fruit skin. You could also use the skin for facial treatment. )) I'm not sure if I've done successfully. Honestly, I took many pictures, and this fruit was served for myself. lol

There is only a slight different taste. People say that red one is sweeter. But I like both...they have their own unique taste. However, I see they (the whitish one) are rarely now.
