    for the video so explicit, my mom does the same as the skin the tomatoes, because my father did not love the tomato skin.    And next we'll put the juice of the plums to tates.    I think it will be delicious, if it taste how it looks.    :)

  • Fumi, Yes, it is savory.  Oh.. no, it wasn't done by me. lol.. We had it at a Thai food restaurant. I think so that must be time-consuming for peeling it. :) 

  • Lucy and Nida, if you are interested in making this, the first and important thing you shall do is to peel tomatoes. Here is the video that shows clearly how to do easily. After that, find plum juice to spread and soak them for some minutes. Give it a try. :)

    This looked colorful and palatable when it was served on the table. We, five people, finished it within a short time. Except plates and forks, there was nothing left. :)
