I'm also positive about it. But feel confused and some uncertainness. Not uncertainness for the future of EURO, but it's the feeling of uncertainness, because of double currency we have in use currently. There's 2 weeks period, when both currents, € and EEK are simultaneously in use. It's too confusing and creates uncertainness about prices and values. But in longer perspective when getting used with €, it's good. It will be easier to compare prices here and in elsewhere. ^_^
I have to get better about calculating in mind. Can't just drop everything after decimal mark anymore, when adding... It makes too big difference. ^_^

I don't know whether it's a good thing, or bad thing, or how big achievement it is. previously, I didn't like it it. Since € looked too ugly to me. They have some kind of architecture on them. There's no living things on them. Even not a single plant, or flower are pictured on them.. And architecture elements are all some cold stones, or rocks.. Nothing dear, or near.
Also Estonian € coins are boring...
But now, when they're here and I have had hold them in my own hand a bit long. It actually doesn't feel so ugly, bad and foreign.
I'm rather worried about the changes caused by currency. 1€ is equal to something 15.6 EEK. It's big difference. It brings cents back to the vault. And € cents are bigger and weight more.. It all causes so much of inconvenience. Maybe I need to get new wallet with bigger section for coins..
Well otherwise.. to me it changes few. It's basically same money that we already had. Only different look. And ~16 times more expensive. We had Estonian Kroon already fixed to € anyways.. First it was fixed to Deutsche Mark and then to € ..So it was basically € already before.
But it's good for citizens of Talsinki(citizens who commute between Helsink and Tallinn too much) Because Finland had € already before. Now they don't have to have 2 wallets.. If Latvia and Russia would have € too, then I guess it would already change more.. Now I don't expect many changes. Only inconvenience.. Since as Finland being only neighbor country having € is other side of Gulf of Finland and... my town is far from Gulf too so...
