I prepare a little different (but just a little). first in a half liter of water, add a cup uf flour and mix. Then condiment the filet and dip it into the mixture After that fry it still brownish. Finally enjoy it with some salad, rice and a cold beer. Mmmh! delicious
well, Junko the next time I'll invite you to have a delicious fish filet, because at the moment this filet is history, in other words it was cooked on March vacations, hehehe
