When I went to Seoul, I tried this fish cake in the corner street near the korean traditional house. I like the taste of red bean and warm feeling I felt, alhought that time was a winter season.Then my friend gave me the recipe of taiyaki (japanese fish cake) and fish cake mold, then I tried to make it my own version fish cake, mixed with egg,butter,sugar,wheat flour,coconut milk plus water, java red bean and palm sugar.My fish cake, I made it with smile and memories of my journey.
