Uh uh .. WMW, if no one is expected to eat them, and there's no way that those egg can be hatched and little chicks come out because there are just hard boiled eggs, what would happen next? O_o.. I shudder to think that those rotten eggs to be used as weapons for sling shots by some naughty little critters ... oopps I meant little creatures from 50th Dimensions.
Hi Tia, wow. Thank you for sharing such nice photo and culture. I've been to some Javanese weddings over here, but I guess they no longer practising the "injak telur" because I never seen such event in their weddings.
I do hope the egg is not a raw egg, but instead a hard boiled egg. LOL.
Once again, thank you for sharing such a nice photo and explanation. BTW .. I think I saw the egg.... hmmm ... nope. LOL.
Because it will be so heavy, and, we don't have to waste or eat it after that. It reminds me of Easter, when we had to eat all those eggs after it had decorated, pyuh, egg drunk.
