Well, I am not sure for 100%, but I have read it many times in many sources. That eating honey helps to burn body fat.
No, not before eating all meals. Just before breakfast. Or if you want to eat something sweet very much, then eat honey instead of eating something sweet.

Fantastic! These tips could be posted a new blog! Eating honey helps burn body fat is new for me. Should I have to eat it before having any meals or sweet? I am getting started to imagine I may cut 2-3 kgs of winter fat wearing skirt in summer if I could take those tips completely. xD Thanks a lot, Roman! Btw, your workable tips reminds me of Onee's recent writing challenge, My tips on how to... These would be also beneficial for those who need advises to cut some weight healthily. :)
1) Drink A LOT of water! Sometimes you can feel like you are hungry, but in that time, really you want to drink! So, if it is a short time (60-90 minutes) passed after your previous meal and you are hungry, than drink a glass of clear water!
2) Don't skip your meals! Especially BREAKFAST! Eat 6-7 times per day. But in smaller portions!
3) Be more active physically. Try to do some exercises. It can be 15 minutes of making exercises to pump your abdominal muscles, on a mat, every morning. Or stretching. Or jogging around the quarter.
4) Sleep enough. At least 7-8 hours every day.
5) Don't avoid eating fat or high-calorie products completely. But gradually reduce eating them to some extend.
6) If you want to eat something too fat or sweet, better do that in a morning. If you want to eat something sweet at evening/night, then eat honey. Because honey helps to burn body fat.
7) Reduce consuming alcohol, because alcohol is a high-calorie product.
8) Reduce consuming salt and sugar. BUT DON'T EXCLUDE THEM FROM YOUR DIET COMPLETELY!
9) Drink green tea. Green tea burns body fat.
10) Eat fruits and vegetables.
And also you can make a good habit - to eat one tea spoon of honey every day before breakfast. It helps to turn on your stomach.
Here is an example of one of the best starts of the day for me:
Get up --> go to WC --> stand on the scales --> drink one glass of water --> prepare the main part of your breakfast, like pancakes or oatmeal, or pumpkin porridge, or boil the eggs. --> leave it to cool down a bit --> do the exercises for 15 minutes --> take a shower --> eat one tea spoon of honey --> take your breakfast --> go to work :)
And don't forget to prepare/cook something healthy, to take with you to the work, in evening of the previous day. (in case if there are no restaurants or diners at/near to your working place)
11) Smile and laugh as often as you can. Because it is funny! And only by laughing for some 5-10 minutes you can lose some calories! :DDD

@Ewa You are creative and good at cooking as your sister. The best reward to a chef would be seeing the empty dish without any leftover and many cheerful smiles on the faces after finishing the food they prepared.
@Nanny that's cool eating simple food can provide you energy for hours. If I were you, probably I need 3 pancakes at least plus eggs as I usually eat like a horse. lol
:) You got that alright, yes, they were tickled pink - nice expression, I just got to learn it, thank you - These eyes wasn’t made that well, but my creativity brought smiles on the faces where I wanted those smiles, therefore I was happy because all was happy.
It is oftentimes just such little things that can bring laughter and happiness :)
