  Gender-neutral, or unisex toilet, with the exception, that men have to enter through of the window? But why the women's figure on sing is painter red?
  
  I know. This sign says, that there's a very strict female toilet attendant watchdog at the ticket booth, at the entrance. However you can enter freely and safe through of the window, without getting lectured, in case when you're enough athletic to do so.
