These people are clean in everything. They are endowed with beautiful surroundings and noticeable in their flawless skin. How nice it is to live in such a place. You are one lucky person, Bob!
One person told me that many cities have a candle festival, but they don't know of any special reason. It might just be that it looks nice and offers a chance do do something outdoors. Japanese people do enjoy the outdoors at different times like when the cherry trees flower. There are also fireworks festivals and other events where people spend time outside in groups.

Why do they have such festival? Does it signifies anything?
Last night I went to the Aizuwakamatsu Candle Festival. There were many candles around the 5-story castle. It was too cold to stay long.
