Sure, you are right.Ararat is a Biblical mountain for all the people on the globe.I think everybody wants to live in peace, except politicians. They just ridicul everything.
Thanks for your interesting comment.
Dear Ruzan,
Nice to hear that story Ruzan. I really thought there's a shrine there, because of its Biblical History. I think its blessedness is not only for the Armenian, it's for all the believers. :-)
Thank you Ruzan.
Have a nice day!

Dear Lynne, thanks for your nice comment. The Mountains of Ararat is the place where Noah's ark came to rest after the great flood and the top of this mountain always covered with snow.Unfortunately I've never climbed the Mt. Ararat because our Biblical Mountain has been ceded to Turkey by the Soviet Union in the Treaty of Kars.I think, there is no shrine there but,Ararat is blessed mountain for Armenians. Armenians will always maintain the hope that the historic injustice will be one day overcome;that Turkey will admit its guilt and Mount Ararat will be free again. The best view of the Holy Mountain is in fact from Armenia.
Dear Ruzan,
That mountain is really lovely. I have a thread of questions for you, I'm sorry... :-)
Is it always covered with snow?
Have you ever climbed the Mt. Ararat?
Is there a shrine there?
Thanks.
