Yes Junco it has that appearance. We have a saying in English "Appearances can be deceiving". In the other photos of this dragonfly as Mickey can attest (they are on my Qzone account), it has all 6 legs. One is hidden here somehow. It may be behind its body, lying parallel with it in the wind.
