  Yes. This weather does not have all the time in my country Algeria ... and is found only in some northern cities with rain .... As other cities in the desert there are cold without snow ..... the climate of Algeria there are 3 climat... Mediterranean climate is hot and dry summer. rainy warm in winter .. The desert climate is hot and rain be sudden.. and a transitional climate between the north and south and the climate is found in the central regions..
