Yes, it happens... I also have such experience... I mean that one of our kittens died and we even don't know why... It was right 1-2 days after it has oppened the eyes:(
But good that other 5 have survived and live happy life with their new families:)
Thank you Roman and Mary and Knight......I raised Silkie on a bottle when she was about one week old........her mother had gotten killed and I took in the litter of kittens that were left......unfortunately I had just started at the vet's office and when the other kittens got sick......I didn't realize that they were.......they were eating good and growing but they had a little diarrhea.....but I still didn't connect that it was serious......but I lost them all but Silkie......I took her to the Vet and spoke to Mark and told him ......Mark I have lost all of her litter mates......can you find anything wrong???? He tested her and found she had Coccidia......a very treatable condition.......I was so heartbroken over the one's I had lost.......but thank heavens we got medicine into Silkie and she is 13 years old now and healthy as you can see........LOL
