@Grace Thank you for the comment :D He's really cute
@Mr.Josef wow thank you so much for liking and comment on my photo Sir :D I will try to correct the title. Also thank you for the links!
@Roman Romaaaan hahaha your crazy imagination :D he is so cute and can't stop clawing everything. When I took a pic, he seemed want to claw my face hahha
@Joana Yeah... if you met it, you would like to take it home :P seriously!
@Warda yes, it couldnt stop meowing me and wanted to bother me, jumped and ran everywhere. thanks for the comment :D
@MARY Maryyy, first I dont understand cat's language :( and then... i had no food around me at that time. Seems like you are a mother of cat :P
"Saying meow" It makes me think, that you weren't able to say "meow" properly. And after 30 time saying "meuayow", that cat gave up listening to you and said "Come on, Diah! It is so easy, read my mouth "meow" " :P
Btw, in this case it's pretty easy to explain why "A cute little cat" is the correct version. The adjective "cute" is subjective (opinion) and comes further away from the noun than objective (fact) adjectives like "little".
Adjective Order | Grammar | EnglishClub
Adjective order is normally opinion first, fact second. The order for fact adjectives is size, shape, age, colour / origin / material / purpose.

The original title for this lovely photo: A little cute cat
But I urge you to consider A cute little cat.
