  I did find a video with the words but as you say, they are Chinese. It is still very pretty. Maybe we can get a friend to make a translation for us. It wouldn't hurt to know and maybe help learn a little Mandarin. I only learned a very few greetings.

  Hi Noy, thanks for your info's I love to go there again also Paksae my friend told me there are many interesting place should go to visit but my last trip I was in Laung Prabang only 2 days therefore I want to go there again.
