  Yes, it's an obligation here.. But you can avoid it, if you're either a student or your health leaves much to be desired. Or you can hide 9 years from 18 to 27 from military registration :)
  Major - what do you mean, military rank or what?

  I even had no time to answer yesterday, fell asleep rapidly :)
  What do I do? As millions of students all over the world - work and study at the same time. I'm 23, and most of my peers have already graduated from their universities.. but I am only on the second course :)) this thing happened because of my two years had been spending in army.
