I have question for you yesterday we argued with my teacher at our school, so I extremely need your opinion. ))

answers:
a) find to , b) found to, c) are found to, d) were found to.
I said it's "c" is right but my teacher says no it's "d" correct, who is right please help me and if you don't mind just in few words tell me please why you think so. I'll look forward,,,

I am looking forward 2 improve my speaking skills. Unfortunately, most my EC members are using skype and this program is recently blocked here in Oman where i live.
