I think I know why Sudanese people like to speak many languages. During a rebuilding project within 2000-2005 people there -especially Pochala in South Sudan were eager to learn five languages such as Annuak, Dinka, English, Amharic, and Arabic. If you don't mind, Sir. Please make a blog about it.
