  Thanks for leaving your commenting message for me on my page! We both seem to have had a very tough life these days.
  
  For me, I have had extremely difficult times at the Heathrow airport due to the Volcano's eruption & disruption in Iceland and this volcanic ash travelling down to UK & whole Europe. This has caused us in mess and chaos, so many complexities around the airport. At this moment, since the flight ban/cancellation lifted by the Authority, with all my colleagues and the managements we all have been trying very hard to resolve & recover the lost business and all the back-logs to get normalities again, as it seems to take some time for the full recovery and it may be at least a week in need.
