HELLO DOCTOR! PROGRAMING - APPLICATION TO SUPPORT ISOLATION OF PATIENS
As you know, I work for a software company and our company provides many products for healthcare field. At the 4 wave of COVID-19 - from in the end of April till now, Vietnam has reported 62 of 63 cities and provinces with a millions community infection cases; most of hospitals are overload, a lot of F0, F1 are self-treatment at home. Then, choose Hello Doctor! Programming and booking Doctor with major and suitable time
After that, make a video call with Doctor.
Finally, receive the results in text with prescription.

I have a sister. She is 31 years old. She studied MBA and is currently working as a data analyst in Germany. She can speak English and German. She tried so hard to study English in high school and university. She always encouraged me to learn English too, but she said that she didn’t want to teach me.
I also have a brother. He took a science related course and is now working as an engineer in a global company. He has worked in some countries like Australia, Thailand, China, Singapore, and Malaysia
My husband works in the ministry of culture. He talks with many foreigners so he has to speak English. He also has to use English with his documents too. He has had many business trips abroad and has stayed in some countries such as Japan, China, and Korea.
I have a best friend. I met her in my first company and we would hang out together after work. Two years ago, she chose to study abroad in hopes that her family could settle. Now, she lives in Canada.
All of the people close to me are so good at speaking English. Whereas I myself, was lazy and had hard times studying English and other subjects. Now, I still live in Vietnam with a normal job. I was given a chance to improve my English level last week. My sister will pay for my TOEIC lessons, if I get 600 points at the end of 2021. If I failed, I would have to pay her back triple. I have accepted it. This was a big deal to me at that time. I have to try my best to achieve this goal.
i work at ISOFH - which is start-up in healthcare industry.
Now ISOFH is 6 years old, and it is the year of my experiences. Time flied so very fast. 6 years ago, my boss called and suggested me a position with no job description. At that time, my company to be established by 4 shareholder who has a relationship with some hospitals. And it has no staff, no office, no working process, nothing which can be seen. I have only known about START-UP at that time.
My position were doing everything what i could do. I have rend our first office and have 3 times moving to new place which is more wide, more modern at the center of capital; I have recruited our five - first - staffs, until now we have more 120 employees. I brought all of things for office like: tables, chairs, computers/laptops... I build system operating procedures for the company. I kept financial to buy things paid to employees; I even joined product team to deploy product to our client. So much things i have to do but i could not remember now.
My company works in healthcare industry. We produces software to hospital/clinic like HOSPITAL INFOMATION SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD... Most of our clients are public hospital with so much patient each day. Most of our of staff are Developer, business analyst, quality control/quality insurance and deploy. Nowadays, the Company have grown so much. We have more than 30 clients in the North of Vietnam. We have plan to open branch in the South of Vietnam. The company structure is complete with full of functional department. And i only specialize in Human Resources.
After three years, I have had my braces removed. I am so happy with the result.
I couldn’t imagine that this was a very long journey until I decided to have it removed. My teeth were very good before, But I had four bad teeth and they made my teeth uneven. The dentist said that my teeth will be much worse if I don’t do anything with them. So my journey to having a good set of teeth started. I had those four bad teeth extracted. I wore braces and would go to the dentist twice a month.It was so uncomfortable that it would take me a lot of time brushing my teeth. I felt a little bit of pain but it was not a big problem to me.
There are many kinds of dental braces. The traditional ones are made of metal wire and rubber, which are attached to each tooth. It is said to be more effective compare with the invisalign braces (invisible braces). But with invisalign, it is beautiful nowadays and many people prefer them.
I have chosen the traditional metal braces because they are way cheaper than the other dental braces. My dentist and I are friends and he gave a 30% discount and it cost me around $1,700 only. I also know that invisalign braces are very expensive and they cost up to $5,000 which I could not afford. It took three years for me because I was pregnant and my dentist did not recommend me to have it adjusted during the first year. Normally, it takes about a year or two.
Three years of wearing the braces is worth it. Many of my friends and colleagues are wearing them. All of them hope that they will have great results just like me. Let’s try to have our teeth aligned and be patient.

I could'n imagine this is a very long journey when i decided. My teeth was very good before, but i had four stupid tooth, it makes my teeth is not in arrange. The dentist said that: my teeth will be more bad if i keep it for long. So my journey were started: have removed 4 stupid tooth; have made my braces; have met the dentist twice a month; have taken around 10 minutes after eating; and many things which was inconvinence i could not remember. I felt a little bit of hurt so it was not a big problem with me.
There are many kind of braces. The traditional way is metal wire and rubble attached to all you teeth. It has rated more effective choice for big problem cases than other way, which is invisible braces. But with invisible braces, it is more beauty so now aday, many people used

I also known invisible braces costs up to 5,000 USD - very expensive which i was not able to payment :D. It tokens more than 3 years because i had a 9 months pregnant and had one more year to given milk for my baby. It is usually take around 1-2 year in normal.
But the result is worth now. Many my friends and colleagrs used braces now. All of them hope that they will get the happy reult like me. Lets try to resolve you teeth's problem, but you have to be patient.
Yesterday, I used LinkedIn to look for potential candidates for HCM. I have to at least recruit four staff members for BA and QC positions. I have two appointments today — one is for QC and the other one is for PM. All candidates have experience with FPT/FIS which is a big and famous company in the software field. However, one of our staff in HCMC resigned today after working for only a month. There are three reasons why he resigned: when he starting home working which resulted to no connection between him and the Hanoi team, when he was not taken care of by their leader, and when he did not receive any feedback about his work. I tried to talk with him every day about our work, our desired workplace setting, hobbies, and company culture and activities with the colleagues but they were not enough. As a result, I have lost a candidate and I don’t know how the future will go. I will have candidates, but after they pass the company interview, I don’t know whether we want to keep them or not.
Some boring days in my life.
Yesterday, I used linkedin search to connect with potenital candidate in HCM. I have to recruit 4 staffs for HCM branch at least, which is in BA and QC position. Other postions is Dev but different to connect with, so i will concentrate in BA/QC first. The result is two appoitment today. One is QC and other is PM, all of cadidates have experience at FPT/FIS, which is very famos and big company in software field. I have recieverd one QC position in HCM but after only one month, he left. The reason was: he could feel the conection with Hanoi team; the leader could not take care of him, could not give intime feedback with his work; and a very big reason was he is still work from home for whole month so the connection could not clearly, usually as normal. I have tried to talk with him everyday, tell about my work desired place, my hobbies with HCM, about our company activitíe, company culture, company projects...but it were not enough. So I have lost more than one or two month with this cadidate. And I dont know how is in the future. I will have cadidate, but after pass our company interview, how can we keep them?
Hello my english,
We have met each other for ten lessons at every Tue - Thurs - Sat per week. Every lesson is only 45 minutes but i can directly connect with Philippinos teacher thought Zoom. He asks about daily life, which i can descrice about my activity; He giving the unit at Business Book, i have to do excercise and give the result; someday we only chatting in radom subject. After each lesson, my teacher always give some feedback, my mistake, how to correct it, how to improve my skill and homework. This course takes around 200.000 VND per lesson and i have pay for 20 lessons.
I am alway waiting till the day my lesson start and feeling that time alway flies so fast. Beside the lesson, i also read the Human of New York on Facebook; listen the audio on Spotify; taking with my husband; chatting with my sister. My sister said that, she will give me a course at MVA which i can learning all the year, but i have to study hard and dont give up. MVA course is around 52$, tranfer in Vietnam which is around 13 milions. It is not a big for whole year but vety big for one payment. But i really eager, hopting...
