  Hi Riaz.. I just want to tell you that the other day I remember about you, because my mom sent me a big bag of rice from Pakistan, the rice`s name is KUSHA, is basmati rice or pari..I tried it, it`s delicious, very fragant and the grain is very long, it comes in a special bag.. do you know some special recipe to do it? I just cooked it with salt and water, but I`m sure that you know delicious way to cook it!.. I just imagine that it traveled thousands of miles to finish in my country...:)
